But it can do "3D" tracking of a sphere, which is what the Move is. I say "3D" because it's still 2D, the "3D" is just cleverly using principles of perspective.

If you've seen more recent tech demos, you'd know that it can then assume a human torso and arms based on where two spheres move after starting in a predetermined state and with facial recognition.

But that you shouldn't need Xbox Live Gold to use it.

Not sure about how NetFlix works on 360, but the same comment to it if you need Gold as well.

From what we've heard from developers, nothing suggests the PS3 will 'gimp' anything. We know that, on either console, exclusive development produces better results. When an exclusive PS3 game is being developed, then down the line becomes multiplatform, it is not going to be as good as it originally was. The same thing would have happened with the 360.

So many reports and television programs have cut out the "Product vision" part of the Natal E3 trailer. It really comes across as false advertising, especially since a lot of the things it shows are impossible or incorrect :/

Perhaps removing some of the unavailable options would be nice, though I understand the advantage of being able to "queue" opening a video file while automatically exiting a game or whatever.

Or is this a rumour?

Isn't this a rumour? There is no source at all

But even comparing the complexity of LBP2 with Kodu (from what I saw at least) is wrong. Kodu seemed more focused on interactions and interactive environments, while LBP is focused on creating levels, and now games. Granted I haven't seen what people have produced with Kodu now that it's come out, but the demonstrations I saw never seemed as solid as LBP or its soon to be successor.

Why the disagree? Unless there's some amazingly new technology out there (most likely from a crime TV show) that magically enhances image quality, I believe I'm correct

I think people are just linking the two because of pictures laid out in a grid sequence, which I don't think is the best thing to do.

I'm not sure I'd call Insomniac small or indie...

The one's we see really close are vectors. Put a photo of yours on it and it'll blur the same as if you zoom on it normally. But yeah, pretty neat.

They do it that way to make it look cheap, but they should be trying to make them look awesome instead.

Is this Prince of Persia: The Movie: The Game?

Now that we've all played it, we could call it a bad decision because the game left many with a not so nice taste in their mouths. However, at the time, if GTAIV was PS3 exclusive it would have been a huge downside for Microsoft.

It just certainly didn't need cheesy rap either. I can imagine one of the game soundtracks, just showing off some parts from the game, player customisation, some of the crazy swords etc. Instead we got rap and the crazy minigames, nothing all that related to the beef of the game itself.

5738d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

...That definitely is not the way I would have marketed the game

5738d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

I thought it was pretty terrible :/

1. Price
2. Target Audience
3. Accessibility

...Oh wait, were you actually expecting a reply? It's a pretty obvious answer really :/

"Now when the Avatar contorts, Microsoft can say it was done intentionally. With that said, I hope Natal has figured out the "normal range of motion" for people."
